Created a strategy for culture change to support the successful implementation of an international business intelligence system.

Developed orientation program for new employees of an international real estate firm to acclimate to company culture and understand the sales process.

Defined customer service performance and determined the core values to guide this performance along with the behaviors associated with those values for different roles in the organization.  Worked with the leadership team to establish structure and skill sets to reach their performance goals.

Co-led team that designed a company wide orientation program integrating a culture of team building and trust.

Devised and implemented a six month mentoring project to develop a current employee from a coordinator role to an instructional designer position.

Managed various instructional design projects: selecting vendors, developing and monitoring project plans and evaluating results.

Designed and developed a national training program for a market development program involving the changing role of the field person, the presentations the field would use with customers and case study demonstrations of a customized software package.

Crafted and facilitated a two day workshop to train facilitators for the organization’s quality program.

Designed and delivered workshops to introduce human performance technology (HPT) into the educational services groups.  Facilitated working sessions to determine how to modify current procedures to incorporate HPT.

Devised a comprehensive assessment program to determine staff development needs of a college.  Co-facilitated the 2-day program involving 300 employees. 

Built a systematic model for analyzing the resulting data.

Designed and implemented a competency analysis for positions at the executive and middle management levels.
