Led leadership team of an engineering firm on a yearlong process to develop project management as a core competency for their organization. This included clarifying expectations, hiring for key competencies, and implementing a measurement system that allows learning both for individual performance as well as organizational performance. Facilitated an assimilation process for the new leader of an operations leadership team of a manufacturing plant. Developed and facilitated leadership development program for the leadership team of an operations group for an international pharmaceutical company. Built a strategic plan that clearly defines their business purpose and organizational values in a meaningful and useful way. Created a measurement structure to ensure that key business results are being measured to ensure that they stay aligned with their purpose while they grow. Consulted on an international leadership development program. Designed and developed all the learner materials to support the program. Created a training program linking Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and leadership. Constructed a
company wide communication program linking daily performance to corporate
