Worked with managers of an international pharmaceutical company to analyze the factors that influenced quality management performance. Facilitated development of action plans to improve performance. Designed and facilitated a goals-writing package as part of a new performance management initiative for a county government of 5000+ employees. Developed a strategic plan that clearly defines their business purpose and organizational values in a meaningful and useful way. Created a measurement structure to ensure that key business results are being measured to ensure that they stay aligned with their purpose while they grow. Crafted a comprehensive performance improvement project for a process area that defined team outcomes, goals, responsibilities and performance measures. Devised a framework for the redesign of a software financial application consisting of 300+ modules. Designed and
produced a series of three courses required to meet industry and government
regulations. Courses were very technical in nature and required in-depth
work with subject matter experts. |
