Peter R. Guman is a consultant who specializes in helping
organizations, teams, and individuals create business results through
aligning performance with business goals. He has been doing
organizational consulting work for over 8 years. Prior to that, he
spent 17 years in sales and sales management.
Peter's
systematic approach to problem solving has a strong practical foundation
in his years of management. Clients appreciate his highly developed
interpersonal skills and his ability to translate complex
business/technical issues into easily understood solutions. These skills
make Peter both a very successful facilitator as well as a highly
effective coach.
Peter has been
an invited lecturer both at the graduate program in Instructional Design
and Development at Penn State Great Valley, along with the MBA program
at Wharton. A member of the Philadelphia Region of Organizational
Development (PRODN), the Association for Quality and Participation (AQP),
and the Businesses for Social Responsibility (BSR), Peter continues to
stay very active in these organizations. |
